We deliver duvet covers and duvet cover sets to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside the United States. Please use a street address that can receive tracked parcels.

Shipping thresholds exclude tax. Any applicable tax and shipping charges appear in your order summary before you place your order.
Processing and transit are separate
Processing: 1–3 business days. We prepare orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard transit: an estimated 2–7 days after dispatch. Tracking will identify the carrier for your parcel. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment dates; weather, holidays and carrier disruptions can affect arrival.
Orders with more than one cover may arrive in separate parcels without an additional shipping charge.
Tracking and delivery questions
When your order ships, we send shipment information to the email address provided with the order. Tracking may take time to show its first scan. If a parcel appears delayed, missing or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
Address changes, cancellations and delays
Contact us as soon as you notice an address error or need to cancel. We can change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched; once it is moving, changes may no longer be possible. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. If we cannot obtain your consent where required, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order.
