Is a duvet insert included?
No. We sell duvet covers and cover sets. Inserts, pillows and decorative accessories are not included. Read What’s Included on the product page for the exact pieces.
How do I choose a size?
Measure your existing insert flat, edge to edge in both directions. Compare those measurements with the exact dimensions in the cover selector. Do not choose by mattress width alone.
Why do some measurements differ from US size labels?
Cover dimensions vary across designs. A Queen or King label is not a universal measurement. We show inches and, where available, centimeters so you can match your insert.
Do all sets include two pillowcases?
The number of pieces is stated on each product page. Our listed cover sets include the pillowcases or shams described there. Single covers do not include pillowcases.
Which fabric should I choose?
Start with the material stated on the individual page, then consider the surface: woven cotton, a cotton and linen blend, a synthetic fiber cover or a plush texture. Our Fabric & Care guide explains the choices without assuming every material behaves the same.
How should I wash my cover?
Follow the care label that arrives with the item. A print, closure or textured finish may need different care from another cover. Avoid applying a single wash temperature to every fabric.
Will the color match my screen?
Room lighting and display settings can change perceived color. View the available product photos and choose a color you can coordinate with some flexibility.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days; estimated transit is 2–11 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free for merchandise totals of $59 or more and $6.99 below $59.
How do I track my order?
Shipment details are sent to the email address on the order after dispatch. Contact customer service with your order number if you need help locating tracking or investigating a delivery issue.
How do returns and refunds work?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Return to WhimsyWorks LLC, 23502 16TH AVE S APT 1203, DES MOINES WA 98198-8098. We cover return shipping for quality issues, wrong items or transit damage; you cover it for preference returns. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt, then we initiate an approved refund.
