These terms apply when you use whimsyduvet.com or purchase from WhimsyWorks LLC, trading as Whimsy Duvet. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products and choosing a size
We sell adult duvet covers and duvet cover sets. Contents vary by product and are stated on each page. Duvet inserts, pillow inserts and styling accessories are not included. Actual cover measurements take priority over bed-size names; please measure your insert before choosing. Images help show the product, but lighting and screens can affect perceived color. Only the selected option and listed contents form part of your order.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before an order is placed. A cart does not reserve an item. An order acknowledgment confirms that a request was received; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order for an availability issue, a material pricing error, an invalid delivery address or suspected misuse. If this happens after a charge, we will refund the affected amount.
If an error affects the price or description, we will explain it and ask whether you want to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel. We will not increase an accepted charge without your consent.
Your details and account
Provide accurate contact and address details and keep your account credentials secure. Use the store for lawful personal shopping. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, scrape private customer information or submit misleading messages. You must be an adult with the ability to enter into a purchase agreement.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 United States. Processing and estimated transit periods are separate and explained in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly about cancellations or address corrections. Unused, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned under our 30-day Refund Policy. Please report delivery problems so we can investigate and help resolve them.
Website content and availability
The brand identity, original writing and site design belong to WhimsyWorks LLC or their respective rights holders. Product images are used to describe the goods offered. You may use the site for personal shopping; commercial copying or misuse is not permitted. Website features can occasionally be interrupted. We do not guarantee that every device will display colors or layouts identically.
Fair limits
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or events beyond our reasonable control. These terms do not remove our obligations for goods we sell or our responsibility to address an order problem fairly.
